- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, the Electrical Engineer reserves the right to revise pricing due to material cost fluctuations or changes in regulatory requirements in Mexico Mexico City.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of design documentation and CFE application submission, and 30% upon final commissioning and delivery of as-built documents. All payments shall be made in Mexican Pesos (MXN) via bank transfer to the account designated by the Electrical Engineer.
- The Electrical Engineer shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of MXN $5,000,000 for the duration of the project in Mexico Mexico City.
- All design deliverables shall comply with the current edition of NOM-001-SEDE-2012, the Reglamento de Construcción para la Ciudad de México, and applicable CFE technical specifications. The Electrical Engineer assumes full professional responsibility for the accuracy and code compliance of all engineering documents produced.
- The client shall provide the Electrical Engineer with timely access to the Mexico Mexico City site, existing as-built drawings, CFE service agreements, and any other documentation necessary to perform the services described herein. Delays in access exceeding five (5) business days shall extend the project timeline accordingly.
- Any changes to the scope of work beyond those described in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a written change order signed by both parties, with corresponding adjustments to cost and schedule.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal professional services agreement is executed by both parties. The terms herein serve as the commercial basis for such agreement.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent contract shall be resolved under the laws of the State of Mexico and the Federal District (now Mexico Mexico City), with jurisdiction of the commercial courts of Mexico Mexico City.
