- This Quotation Estimate is a firm offer for the Electrical Engineer services described herein and is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, prices may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Morocco Casablanca.
- Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon contract signature, 40% upon completion of design and regulatory approval, 20% upon successful commissioning, and 10% upon final acceptance and handover of as-built documentation.
- All payments shall be made in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) via bank transfer to the account of Atlas Electrical Engineering Solutions SARL, Bank CIH, Casablanca branch.
- The Electrical Engineer assigned to this project shall hold a valid professional license issued by the Moroccan Ministry of Energy, Transition and Sustainable Development, and shall carry professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of 5,000,000 MAD.
- The client shall provide safe access to the project site in Morocco Casablanca, all necessary permits for on-site work, and timely responses to any technical queries raised by the engineering team.
- Any additional work or scope changes not included in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional cost approval prior to execution.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. In the absence of resolution within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be referred to the competent commercial courts of Casablanca, Morocco.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties. The terms herein are incorporated by reference into any subsequent contract.
