1. Purpose and Scope of This Quotation EstimateThis Quotation Estimate is issued by Golden Circuit Engineering Co., Ltd. to provide a comprehensive and itemized cost breakdown for the professional services of a licensed Electrical Engineer to be deployed at the Sule Tower commercial development project located in the heart of Myanmar Yangon. - This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for services beyond this validity period shall require a revised Quotation Estimate from Golden Circuit Engineering Co., Ltd.
- Payment shall be made in Myanmar Kyat (MMK) via bank transfer to the company account at CB Bank, Hledan Branch, Myanmar Yangon. Payment schedule: 30% advance upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of design and installation supervision, and 30% upon final commissioning and handover.
- The Electrical Engineer assigned to this project shall report to the client's site manager five (5) days per week, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, in accordance with standard working hours in Myanmar Yangon.
- All electrical designs and engineering deliverables shall comply with the Myanmar Electrical Code, Myanmar Building Code, and applicable International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) standards. The Electrical Engineer shall ensure full compliance with regulations set by the Ministry of Electric Power and Energy, Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
- Any changes in scope, additional work orders, or modifications to the original project specifications in Myanmar Yangon shall be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate and written approval from both parties before execution.
- The Electrical Engineer and all supporting personnel shall be covered under the company's professional indemnity insurance and workers' compensation policy as mandated by Myanmar labor law.
- Confidentiality: All project data, architectural drawings, and proprietary information shared in connection with this Quotation Estimate and subsequent contract shall be treated as strictly confidential by both parties.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unresolved, the matter shall be referred to arbitration under the Myanmar Arbitration Law in Myanmar Yangon.
