4. Terms and Conditions- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised due to market fluctuations in Nepal Kathmandu.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of design and documentation phase, and 30% upon successful commissioning and handover.
- All Electrical Engineer services shall be performed by licensed professionals registered with the Nepal Engineering Council and the Nepal Electricity Authority.
- The project timeline is estimated at 90 working days from the date of contract signing, subject to site accessibility and client approvals in Nepal Kathmandu.
