Payment for the services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be made as follows: 40% upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and commencement of the Electrical Engineer design phase; 40% upon delivery of the complete design package and regulatory submission; and 20% upon final handover of as-built documentation. All payments are due within 30 calendar days of invoice date. Late payments shall accrue interest at the statutory Dutch rate (wettelijke rente) as defined under Article 6:119a of the Dutch Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek).
This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Should the client wish to proceed beyond this validity window, a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting any changes in material costs, labour rates, or regulatory updates applicable to Electrical Engineer services in Netherlands Amsterdam will be issued at no additional charge. Acceptance of this Quotation Estimate constitutes a binding agreement between both parties under Dutch contract law.
- All Electrical Engineer services shall be performed in strict accordance with NEN 1010, NEN 3140, NEN-EN 62305, and the applicable provisions of the Dutch Building Act (Bouwbesluit) as enforced in Netherlands Amsterdam.
