The estimated duration for the completion of all services outlined in this Quotation Estimate is approximately eight (8) to ten (10) working weeks from the date of client acceptance. The timeline is subject to Auckland Council processing times for building consents and any unforeseen site conditions identified during the initial survey. Our Electrical Engineer will provide weekly progress updates to the client throughout the project duration in New Zealand Auckland.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, rates may be subject to revision based on market conditions in New Zealand Auckland.
- A deposit of 30% of the total Quotation Estimate amount is required upon acceptance to secure the Electrical Engineer's availability and commence the project.
- Remaining payments will be invoiced in two equal instalments: 50% upon completion of the design phase and 50% upon final certification and handover.
- All work will be performed in strict compliance with the New Zealand Electrical Code of Practice, the Building Act 1991, and Auckland Council bylaws.
- The Electrical Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate holds a valid New Zealand Engineering Council (NZENG) registration and professional indemnity insurance of no less than NZD 10,000,000.
- Any variations to the scope of work must be agreed in writing by both parties prior to commencement of additional work. Adjusted costs will be reflected in a revised Quotation Estimate.

- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved in accordance with the New Zealand Disputes Tribunal or the courts of competent jurisdiction in Auckland, New Zealand.
