The Electrical Engineer assigned to this project will hold a minimum of twelve years of professional experience in commercial and industrial electrical systems design within the New Zealand Wellington metropolitan area. The engineer will coordinate directly with the client's project management team, the local Wellington City Council building consent officers, and any third-party specialists engaged by the client.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Should the client wish to proceed after the expiry date, the Electrical Engineer reserves the right to re-evaluate and adjust the pricing based on current market conditions in New Zealand Wellington.
• Payment terms: 30% deposit upon acceptance of this quotation, 40% upon completion of design documentation, and 30% upon final certification and handover of all as-built documents.
• All services will be performed by a registered Electrical Engineer who is a current member of Engineers New Zealand and holds a valid Electrical Workers Registration Board (EWB) registration.
• The Electrical Engineer shall carry professional indemnity insurance with a minimum cover of NZD 5,000,000 for the duration of the engagement.
• Any variations to the scope of work must be agreed in writing by both parties prior to commencement. Additional work will be billed at the hourly rate of NZD 185.00 plus applicable GST.
• This quotation does not include the cost of electrical materials, equipment, or third-party testing services, which will be procured separately by the client or their appointed contractors.

• Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved in accordance with the New Zealand Disputes Tribunal Act 2022, with jurisdiction in the Wellington region.

By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts the terms, conditions, and pricing set out in this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of the Electrical Engineer services as described herein.
