This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the Electrical Engineer service rates may be subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Nigeria Lagos.
Payment terms: 40% advance mobilization upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of design and mid-project milestone, and 20% upon final commissioning and handover by the Electrical Engineer.
All Electrical Engineer services shall be performed in strict accordance with the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC) guidelines, the National Building Code of Nigeria, and IEC/BS standards as adopted for Nigeria Lagos projects.
The Electrical Engineer assigned to this project shall hold a valid NSE (Nigerian Society of Engineers) professional registration and a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience in commercial and industrial electrical projects in Nigeria Lagos.
Any variation or change order to the scope of Electrical Engineer services outlined in this Quotation Estimate must be agreed upon in writing by both parties before additional work commences.
PowerCore Engineering Solutions Ltd. shall provide a twelve (12) month defect liability period following final commissioning, during which the Electrical Engineer team shall attend to any identified defects at no additional cost.
All intellectual property, design drawings, and technical documentation produced under this Quotation Estimate shall become the property of the client upon full payment.
This Quotation Estimate does not include the cost of electrical materials, equipment, or third-party regulatory approval fees, which shall be quoted separately if required.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act (Cap A18, LFN 2004), with the seat of arbitration in Nigeria Lagos.

By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for Electrical Engineer services in Nigeria Lagos as presented by PowerCore Engineering Solutions Ltd. The Electrical Engineer engagement shall commence within five (5) working days of receipt of the advance payment.
