This Quotation Estimate is issued by M/s. Capital Electrical Engineering Consultants (Pvt.) Ltd. for the provision of comprehensive Electrical Engineer services to be executed within the Islamabad metropolitan area, Pakistan. The scope encompasses design, supervision, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical installations in accordance with the Pakistan Electrical and Electronic Engineering Council (PEEPC) regulations, the Pakistan National Electrical Code (PNEC), and the standards set forth by the Islamabad Electric Power Company (IEPC).

Our team of licensed and certified Electrical Engineers will deliver all services in full compliance with the local by-laws of the Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) and the directives of the National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA). 3. Terms and Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any work commenced after the expiry of this period shall be subject to revised pricing.
Payment terms: 40% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of installation supervision, and 20% upon final handover of all documentation.
All Electrical Engineer services shall be performed by PEEPC-licensed professionals holding valid registration with the Islamabad Capital Territory engineering authority.
The client shall provide safe access to the site, necessary permits from IEPC, and all third-party clearances required for electrical work in Pakistan Islamabad.
Any additional scope beyond what is described in this Quotation Estimate shall be billed separately at the prevailing rates of our Electrical Engineer team.
Warranty on design and supervision services is valid for twelve (12) months from the date of final commissioning.
All work shall comply with the Pakistan National Electrical Code (PNEC) 2023 edition and applicable ICT municipal regulations.
Disputes, if any, shall be resolved through arbitration in Islamabad, Pakistan, in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Pakistan.

4. Project Timeline

The estimated duration for completion of all services outlined in this Quotation Estimate is eight (8) to ten (10) working weeks from the date of contract signing, subject to site readiness and timely availability of materials. A detailed Gantt chart and milestone schedule will be provided by our lead Electrical Engineer within five (5) working days of project commencement.

5. Acceptance & Authorization

By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the Electrical Engineer services to be rendered in Pakistan Islamabad. This document, once signed by both parties, constitutes a binding agreement for the scope of work described herein.
