This Quotation Estimate is formally issued by Manila Electrical Engineering Solutions, Inc. to provide a comprehensive and itemized cost breakdown for the professional services of a licensed Electrical Engineer operating within the Philippines Manila metropolitan area. The Electrical Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following professional duties in the Philippines Manila area:
- Site survey and electrical load assessment for commercial, residential, or industrial facilities located in the Philippines Manila district.
- Preparation of complete electrical design drawings, single-line diagrams, and load calculations in compliance with the Philippine Electrical Code and National Building Code of the Philippines.
- Review and certification of electrical installation plans for submission to the local Building Official and the Department of Energy (DOE) in the Philippines Manila jurisdiction.
- Conducting electrical safety inspections, thermographic scanning, and preventive maintenance audits.
- Providing technical consultancy on power distribution systems, grounding and bonding, lightning protection, and energy efficiency upgrades.
- Issuing the required Electrical Engineer's certification and seal for all project documentation as mandated by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) of the Philippines.

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in the following schedule: 40% upon acceptance of this quotation and commencement of the Electrical Engineer's site work in the Philippines Manila area; 40% upon submission and approval of the complete design package; and 20% upon final inspection and issuance of the Certificate of Electrical Compliance. All payments shall be made in Philippine Pesos (PHP) via bank transfer to the account designated by Manila Electrical Engineering Solutions, Inc.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in the Philippines Manila engineering services sector.
- All Electrical Engineer services shall be performed in strict compliance with the Philippine Electrical Code, the National Building Code of the Philippines, and all applicable ordinances of the local government unit where the project site is located in the Philippines Manila area.
- The Electrical Engineer shall maintain valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) registration and a current Certificate of Professional Registration throughout the duration of the engagement.
- Any additional services or scope changes not explicitly stated in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional charges at the standard Electrical Engineer professional rate of PHP 3,500.00 per hour.
- The client shall provide timely access to the project site in the Philippines Manila location and all necessary existing documentation to avoid delays in the Electrical Engineer's workflow.
- All deliverables, including design drawings, reports, and certifications, shall be provided in both hard copy (three sets) and digital format (PDF and editable CAD files).
