The Electrical Engineer engagement is estimated to span approximately 10 to 12 weeks from the date of contract execution. The schedule will be coordinated with the client's construction timeline and Moscow municipal permitting authorities. A detailed Gantt chart will be provided upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
5.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Russia Moscow.
5.2 Payment terms: 30% advance upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of design and compliance review, and 30% upon final commissioning and handover.

5.6 Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved in accordance with the civil code of the Russian Federation, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of Russia Moscow.
