3. Project Timeline
The Electrical Engineer assigned to this project will commence work within five (5) business days of contract execution. The estimated total duration for all deliverables outlined in this Quotation Estimate is fourteen (14) calendar weeks, subject to timely access to the site and prompt approval of interim design submissions by the client's technical team in Russia Saint Petersburg.
4. Terms and Conditions
- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are quoted in Russian Rubles (RUB) and are subject to revision upon expiry.
- Payment Terms: 30% advance payment upon signing of the service contract; 40% upon delivery and approval of the design documentation package; 30% upon successful commissioning and final handover. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Neva Electrical Engineering Consultancy LLC.
- Intellectual Property: All design documents, calculations, and reports produced by the Electrical Engineer under this engagement shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment.
- Compliance: All work shall be performed in strict accordance with the Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 384-FZ "Technical Regulation on the Safety of Buildings and Structures" and applicable GOST standards in force in Russia Saint Petersburg.
- Warranty: The Electrical Engineer provides a twelve (12) month warranty on all design deliverables against errors or omissions. Any rectification work required within this period shall be performed at no additional cost.
