This Quotation Estimate is issued by Al-Nakheel Electrical Engineering Co. Ltd. to provide comprehensive Electrical Engineer consulting, design, and supervision services for the Red Sea Coastal Infrastructure Project located in Saudi Arabia Jeddah. The scope encompasses the full lifecycle of electrical engineering deliverables, from initial feasibility studies through to final commissioning and handover. All work shall be performed in strict compliance with the Saudi Building Code (SBC), the Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) regulations, and the applicable standards of the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO).

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period is subject to re-evaluation of pricing due to potential fluctuations in material costs and labor rates in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of detailed design, 20% upon successful commissioning, and 10% upon expiry of the warranty period. All payments shall be made in Saudi Riyals (SAR) via bank transfer to the account specified in the contract.
- All Electrical Engineer personnel assigned to this project shall hold valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration and Iqama (residence permit) valid for the duration of the engagement in Jeddah.
- The client shall provide all necessary site access, permits, and coordination with local municipal authorities in Jeddah to enable the Electrical Engineer team to perform their duties without interruption.
- Any variation or change order to the scope of work outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional cost assessment prior to execution.
- All deliverables, including design documents, calculations, and as-built drawings, shall be the intellectual property of the client upon full payment. The Electrical Engineer firm retains the right to reference the project in its portfolio with prior written consent.
- This engagement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through arbitration in Jeddah in accordance with the rules of the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA).
- The Electrical Engineer services described herein do not include the procurement of electrical equipment, materials, or third-party testing by independent laboratories unless explicitly stated otherwise in a supplementary agreement.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or civil unrest affecting Saudi Arabia Jeddah, shall relieve both parties from performance obligations for the duration of such events, with appropriate extension of the project timeline.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts the terms, scope, and pricing set forth in this Quotation Estimate for Electrical Engineer services to be delivered in Saudi Arabia Jeddah. This acceptance constitutes a binding agreement between both parties subject to the execution of the formal service contract.
