4.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised to reflect current market conditions in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
4.2 Payment terms: 40% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of design deliverables, and 20% upon final certification and handover.
4.3 All services shall be performed by a licensed Electrical Engineer registered with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) and holding a valid professional practice license for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
4.4 The Electrical Engineer shall comply with all local regulations, including but not limited to SBC 401 (Electrical), SEC interconnection standards, and Riyadh Municipality building permits.
4.5 Any changes to the scope of work beyond what is stated in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a revised estimate and written approval from both parties.
4.6 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by the client and countersigned by both parties.
4.7 All intellectual property rights in design documents produced under this engagement shall transfer to the client upon full payment.
