Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows: 30% advance payment upon contract signature, 40% upon completion of major installation milestones (items 03, 04, and 05), and 30% upon final commissioning and delivery of the Electrical Engineer's compliance certificate. All payments shall be made in West African CFA Francs (XOF) via bank transfer to the designated account of Dakar Power Solutions SARL, Senegal Dakar.
The Electrical Engineer team estimates a total project duration of fourteen (14) weeks from the date of contract execution. The site survey and design phase will occupy the first three weeks. Installation and commissioning activities will span weeks four through twelve. Final testing, DEER inspection coordination in Senegal Dakar, and documentation delivery will be completed within the final two weeks.
Important Notes regarding this Quotation Estimate:
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to revision based on material cost fluctuations in the Senegal Dakar market.
- All work performed by the Electrical Engineer shall adhere to the Senegalese Labour Code and occupational health and safety regulations.
- The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary municipal permits and building approvals in Senegal Dakar prior to the commencement of physical works.
- Any changes to the scope of work must be approved in writing by both parties and will be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate.
- Warranty on all installed electrical equipment is twelve (12) months from the date of final commissioning, as certified by the responsible Electrical Engineer.
