Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows: 30% advance payment upon contract execution, 40% upon completion of the design and KEPCO approval phase, and the remaining 30% upon final commissioning sign-off and delivery of as-built documentation. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by Hanjin Electrical Engineering Co., Ltd. in Seoul, South Korea. Late payments shall incur a monthly interest charge of 1.5% in accordance with Korean commercial practice.
The Electrical Engineer engagement is projected to span a total of fourteen (14) calendar weeks, commencing on July 1, 2025, and concluding on October 10, 2025. The 12-month warranty support period will extend through October 10, 2026. All milestones are subject to approval timelines from the Seoul Metropolitan Government and KEPCO, which may introduce reasonable schedule adjustments.
This Quotation Estimate assumes that the client will provide unrestricted access to the project site in South Korea Seoul, all existing architectural drawings, and necessary permits prior to the commencement date. The cost of electrical equipment procurement (transformers, switchgear, cabling, and generators) is excluded from this estimate and will be quoted separately. Important Note: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all rates and availability of the designated Electrical Engineer in South Korea Seoul are subject to re-evaluation. This document does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties.All services rendered under this Quotation Estimate shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Seoul, South Korea, in accordance with the rules of the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board. The Electrical Engineer shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of KRW 500,000,000 for the duration of the project. Confidentiality obligations shall survive the termination of this engagement for a period of three (3) years.
