3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate shall remain valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, the Electrical Engineer service rates quoted herein may be subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Spain Barcelona.
3.2 Payment Schedule: Payment shall be made in four equal instalments: 25% upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 35% upon completion of the design phase, 30% upon completion of on-site supervision, and 10% upon delivery of the final electrical certificate. All payments are due within fifteen (15) business days of invoice receipt.
3.3 Professional Liability: The Electrical Engineer and Barcelona Electrical Engineering Services S.L. shall carry professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of €1,000,000 per claim, as required by the Spanish College of Engineers (Col·legi d'Enginyers Industrials de Catalunya) for all projects executed in Spain Barcelona.
3.4 Intellectual Property: All design documents, calculations, and technical drawings produced under this Quotation Estimate shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full and final payment.
3.5 Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated work stoppages in Spain Barcelona, or supply chain disruptions affecting electrical materials.
3.6 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation before the Barcelona Chamber of Commerce. If mediation fails, the matter shall be submitted to the competent courts of Barcelona, Spain.
3.7 Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all technical data, project specifications, and commercial terms disclosed during the execution of this Quotation Estimate.

The undersigned authorises Barcelona Electrical Engineering Services S.L. to commence work upon receipt of the initial payment instalment.
