- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be revised to reflect current market conditions in the Spain Madrid engineering services sector.
- All services described herein shall be performed by a qualified and registered Electrical Engineer holding a valid professional licence (Colegio Oficial de Ingenieros Eléctricos de Madrid) and the requisite professional liability insurance.
- Payment terms: 40% upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the design and permit submission phase, and 20% upon final handover and acceptance of the as-built documentation.
- Invoices shall be issued in accordance with Spanish fiscal regulations (Ley 58/2003 General Tax Law) and shall include the applicable VAT rate of 21% as in force in Spain Madrid.
- The Electrical Engineer services are subject to the availability of access to the project site in Madrid, Spain. Any delays caused by the client or third parties beyond the control of the provider shall be excluded from the project timeline.
- All intellectual property rights in the design documents, calculations, and reports produced by the Electrical Engineer shall transfer to the client upon full payment of the total amount stated in this Quotation Estimate.
- Any variation or additional scope beyond what is described in this document shall be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued by the provider and accepted in writing by the client before execution.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Spain. Any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of these services shall be resolved by the competent courts of Madrid, Spain.
- The provider reserves the right to assign a substitute Electrical Engineer of equivalent or superior qualification should the originally assigned professional become unavailable, provided prior written notice is given to the client.
