This Quotation Estimate is formally issued by Valencia Electrical Engineering Solutions S.L. to Construcciones Mediterráneas S.A. in relation to the provision of comprehensive Electrical Engineer services for the industrial facility located in the Polígono Industrial de Paterna, within the Spain Valencia metropolitan area. This document outlines the full scope of professional engineering work, associated costs, payment terms, and conditions under which our firm will deliver the contracted services. All pricing and technical specifications contained within this Quotation Estimate are based on the current regulatory framework governing electrical installations in the autonomous community of Valencia and the broader Spanish national standards (IEC 60364, RD 842/2002, and the applicable CTE — Código Técnico de la Edificación).

Payment for the services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in the following instalments: 30% upon signing of the service contract, 40% upon completion of the design and audit phases (Items 01, 03, and 04), and the remaining 30% upon delivery of the final commissioning report and certificate of conformity (Item 06). All payments shall be made by bank transfer to the account of Valencia Electrical Engineering Solutions S.L. within 30 days of invoice receipt. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate established by the Spanish Ley 3/2004 on late payment in commercial transactions.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, prices and availability may be subject to revision.
All Electrical Engineer services shall be performed in strict accordance with the Spanish Electrical Regulations (Reglamento Electrotécnico de Baja Tensión — REBT), the applicable CTE documents, and the specific urban planning norms of the Spain Valencia region.
The client shall provide full access to the site in Spain Valencia and all existing technical documentation necessary for the execution of the works. Delays caused by the client's failure to provide access or information shall extend the project timeline accordingly without additional cost to the provider.
Any variation in scope beyond the items listed in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a supplementary written agreement and a revised cost assessment prior to commencement of the additional work.
The Electrical Engineer responsible for this project holds a valid professional registration with the COIECV and carries professional liability insurance with a coverage of no less than 1,000,000 EUR, as required by Spanish professional practice regulations.
All intellectual property rights in the design documents, schematics, and technical reports produced under this contract shall vest in the client upon full payment of the total amount specified in this Quotation Estimate.
Disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through the competent courts of Valencia, Spain, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Spanish Civil Code and the Ley de Arrendamientos Urbanos where relevant.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed a formal service agreement incorporating the terms herein.
