1. Purpose and Scope of This Quotation Estimate

3. Project Timeline

The Electrical Engineer team will mobilize on-site in Switzerland Zurich within ten (10) business days of written acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The total estimated project duration is twenty (20) business days, with the final deliverable package (comprising all reports, drawings, and the compliance certificate) to be submitted to the client no later than the end of the engagement period. A detailed Gantt chart and milestone schedule will be provided as an annex upon contract signing.

4. Terms and Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is a non-binding estimate of costs and does not constitute a contractual obligation until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties.
All rates are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF) and are inclusive of the applicable 7.7% Swiss Value Added Tax (VAT) as indicated in the cost breakdown above.
The Electrical Engineer services described herein are to be performed exclusively within the canton and city of Switzerland Zurich. Any work extending beyond this geographic scope will be subject to a separate supplementary estimate.
Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the on-site inspection phase, and the remaining 30% upon delivery and acceptance of the final report package.
All invoices are payable within thirty (30) days of the invoice date. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 5% per annum in accordance with Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) Article 104.
The client agrees to provide reasonable access to all three properties, including locked electrical rooms, during the agreed working hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 CET).
Helvetia Electrical Engineering AG shall maintain full professional liability insurance (minimum CHF 5,000,000) and professional indemnity coverage throughout the duration of the engagement in Switzerland Zurich.
Any changes to the scope of work requested by the client after the initial acceptance will be documented in a written change order and may result in an amended Quotation Estimate.
This Quotation Estimate shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Swiss Confederation, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of the Canton of Zurich.
Confidentiality: All data, drawings, and findings generated during the engagement shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent from the client.

5. Acceptance and Authorization

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and confirms that the scope, costs, and terms outlined herein are understood and accepted. The engagement of the Electrical Engineer services in Switzerland Zurich shall commence upon receipt of the advance payment and a signed service agreement.
