- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, prices may be revised to reflect current market conditions in Tanzania Dar es Salaam.
- All Electrical Engineer services shall be performed in strict compliance with the Tanzania Energy and Water Utilities Authority (EWURA) standards, the Tanzania Building Code, and IEC international standards.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of design and mid-project supervision, and 20% upon final commissioning and handover.
- The Electrical Engineer team assigned to this project shall include a Lead Electrical Engineer (minimum 10 years experience), two (2) Assistant Electrical Engineers, and one (1) Electrical Technician.
- All work shall be carried out at the client's premises in Tanzania Dar es Salaam during standard working hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 EAT), unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Any additional scope beyond what is described in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional cost assessment.
- The client shall provide safe access to the site, necessary permits, and coordination with other contractors operating in Tanzania Dar es Salaam.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Dar es Salaam in accordance with the Tanzania Arbitration Act, Cap. 20, Laws of Tanzania.
- All intellectual property, design drawings, and documentation produced by our Electrical Engineer team shall become the property of the client upon full payment.
