This Quotation Estimate is issued by Bangkok Power Solutions Co., Ltd. to provide comprehensive Electrical Engineer consultancy, design, and implementation services for the Meridian Commercial Tower project located in the heart of Thailand Bangkok. The scope encompasses all phases of electrical engineering work required to deliver a fully compliant, safe, and energy-efficient electrical infrastructure in accordance with the Thai Electricity Act B.E. 2543 (2000), the Building Control Act, and all applicable regulations enforced by the Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA) and the Department of Industrial Works (DIW) in Thailand Bangkok.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for services beyond this period will require a revised quotation from our Electrical Engineer team.
- All prices are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) and are inclusive of the professional fees of our licensed Electrical Engineer staff, but exclusive of material procurement costs, which will be itemised separately upon client approval.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon signing, 40% upon completion of design and regulatory approval, 25% upon completion of on-site supervision, and 5% upon final handover and acceptance in Thailand Bangkok.
- The Electrical Engineer services described herein are subject to the availability of the assigned senior engineer. In the event of reassignment, a qualified replacement of equivalent or higher experience will be provided at no additional cost.
- All work will be performed in strict compliance with the Electrical Installation Regulations of Thailand and the specific zoning requirements applicable to commercial buildings in the Thailand Bangkok metropolitan district.
- Any changes to the scope of work requested by the client after the initial approval of this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a formal variation order and may affect the project timeline and total cost.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand Bangkok, in accordance with Thai law.
