- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in the United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi construction sector.
- All Electrical Engineer services described herein shall be performed by qualified professionals holding valid engineering licences issued by the Abu Dhabi Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT) and registered with the UAE Council of Engineers.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the detailed design phase, 20% upon completion of site supervision, and 10% upon final handover and issuance of the occupancy permit in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
- All invoices shall be payable within twenty-one (21) days of receipt. Late payments shall attract interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as per UAE commercial law.
- The Electrical Engineer team shall maintain full professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of AED 5,000,000, valid throughout the project duration in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
- Any variation or change order to the scope of work must be agreed in writing by both parties before execution. The Quotation Estimate does not include works outside the defined scope unless explicitly amended.
- This Quotation Estimate and all associated services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of Abu Dhabi.
- All intellectual property, design documents, and engineering drawings produced under this engagement shall become the property of the client upon full payment.
- The Electrical Engineer services are subject to the client providing timely access to the project site in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, and furnishing all necessary architectural and structural drawings within the agreed timelines.
