The Electrical Engineer and associated technical team will mobilise on the Birmingham, United Kingdom site within five (5) working days of written acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The anticipated completion period for all works is twenty (20) working days, subject to access availability and any unforeseen structural constraints identified during the initial survey. A detailed programme will be issued upon contract execution.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to material cost fluctuations in the United Kingdom market.
- All works shall be carried out by a qualified Electrical Engineer holding CEng MIEE status and a valid NICEIC/ NAPIT registration, in full compliance with BS 7671 and the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989.
- Payment terms: 30% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of major installation works, and 30% upon final sign-off and handover of all certification documentation.
- All materials supplied shall carry a minimum two-year manufacturer's warranty. Labour and workmanship are guaranteed for twelve (12) months from the date of practical completion.
- The Electrical Engineer shall provide a full Electrical Installation Certificate (EIC), schedule of test results, and as-built drawings upon completion of all works at the Birmingham, United Kingdom premises.
- Any variation to the scope of work beyond 10% of the total Quotation Estimate value shall require a written variation order signed by both parties prior to commencement of additional works.
- This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved through the Construction Industry Arbitration Board (CIARB) in Birmingham, United Kingdom.
