Our Electrical Engineer team estimates that the full scope of works described in this Quotation Estimate will require approximately eight (8) weeks from the date of contract execution. The project will be executed in phases to minimise disruption to the client's ongoing commercial operations at the United Kingdom Manchester site. A detailed Gantt chart and weekly progress reporting schedule will be provided upon contract award.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to revision upon expiry without prior notice.
- All work will be carried out by a qualified and registered Electrical Engineer or under the direct supervision of one, in full compliance with BS 7671:2018 and all applicable United Kingdom legislation.
- Payment terms: 30% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of installation works, and 30% upon final testing, certification, and handover.
- All materials and equipment supplied will carry a minimum two-year manufacturer's warranty. Labour and workmanship are guaranteed for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of final certification.
- The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary planning permissions and building control approvals from Manchester City Council. Our Electrical Engineer team will provide all technical documentation required to support these applications.
- Any variations or additional works not included in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a separate written variation order and additional cost assessment prior to commencement.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and a contract for services is executed.
- All work will be conducted in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989, and the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent contract shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, with jurisdiction in the courts of Manchester, United Kingdom.
