This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. All rates are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to revision should the scope of work expand beyond the parameters described herein. Payment terms are Net 30 days from the date of invoice. A 50% mobilization deposit is required prior to the commencement of on-site work in United States Chicago. The remaining balance shall be due upon delivery of the final stamped engineering package and commissioning report.
Whitfield Electrical Engineering LLC shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party contractors, municipal review timelines, or force majeure events. Any change orders must be submitted in writing and approved by both parties before additional work is performed. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Statement of Work (SOW) is executed by both parties.
The undersigned Electrical Engineer, Marcus T. Whitfield, P.E., holds an active Professional Engineer license issued by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (License No. IL-EE-2019-44871) and is fully authorized to stamp and seal electrical engineering documents for projects located within the United States Chicago metropolitan area. All work performed under this Quotation Estimate shall adhere to the latest edition of the National Electrical Code, the Chicago Building Code (Title 13, Chapter 13-12), and all applicable OSHA safety standards. The firm maintains a minimum of $2,000,000 in professional liability insurance, with certificates available upon request.
