- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, pricing may be subject to revision based on material and labor cost fluctuations in the United States Houston market.
- All Electrical Engineer services shall be performed by a Texas-licensed Professional Engineer (PE) registered with the Texas Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors.
- The client is responsible for providing timely access to the project site in United States Houston and for furnishing all existing utility records, architectural drawings, and mechanical system data required for the Electrical Engineer to complete the design.
- Any changes to the scope of work beyond the items listed in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a separate change order and additional charges at the standard Electrical Engineer hourly rate of $185.00 per hour.
- Payment is due within fifteen (15) business days of invoice receipt. Late payments shall accrue interest at 1.5% per month.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for electrical equipment procurement, construction labor, or third-party testing and inspection fees.
- All deliverables shall comply with the International Building Code (IBC) 2021, NEC 2023, and all Houston, Texas municipal ordinances applicable to commercial electrical installations.
- Confidentiality: All project data, drawings, and proprietary information exchanged between the parties shall remain strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
- Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Harris County, Houston, Texas.
