1. Validity: This Quotation Estimate shall remain valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all pricing is subject to revision based on current market conditions in United States New York City.
2. Payment Schedule: 30% upon execution of the contract, 40% upon completion of the design package and permit approval, and 30% upon final inspection sign-off and delivery of as-built documentation.
3. Scope Changes: Any modifications to the scope of work beyond what is described in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a written change order signed by both parties. The Electrical Engineer reserves the right to issue a supplemental estimate for any additional services.
4. Licensing & Compliance: All engineering services shall be performed under the supervision of a licensed Professional Electrical Engineer (PE) registered with the New York State Education Department, Office of the Professions. All deliverables shall comply with the New York City Building Code and the NEC as adopted for the City of New York.
5. Insurance: Empire Circuit Engineering LLC maintains Professional Liability (Errors & Omissions) insurance in the amount of $2,000,000 per occurrence and General Liability insurance of $1,000,000, both valid throughout the United States and specifically covering operations in New York City.
6. Intellectual Property: All drawings, calculations, and design documents produced under this Quotation Estimate shall become the property of the client upon full payment. The Electrical Engineer retains the right to use general design methodologies in future projects.
7. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York County, United States New York City, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
8. Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and all associated services shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York and the federal laws of the United States of America.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes Empire Circuit Engineering LLC to proceed with the Electrical Engineer services as described herein.
