SCOPE OF WORK – ELECTRICIAN SERVICESThis Quotation Estimate has been prepared by our licensed Electrician following a comprehensive on-site inspection of the residential property located in New Farm, Brisbane. The scope of work encompasses a full electrical safety upgrade, replacement of the existing switchboard, and installation of additional power and lighting circuits to meet current Australian Standards (AS/NZS 3000:2018 – Wiring Rules) and Queensland Electrical Safety Regulations. - This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to material cost fluctuations in the Australian market.
- All electrical work will be carried out by a licensed Electrician in strict compliance with the Electrical Safety Act 2002 (Queensland), AS/NZS 3000:2018 (Wiring Rules), and all applicable Brisbane City Council building and planning regulations.
- A Certificate of Electrical Safety (CES) will be issued upon completion of all works, as mandated by the Queensland Electrical Safety Office. This certificate is a legal requirement for any electrical work performed in Australia, Brisbane, and the broader Queensland region.
- Payment terms: 50% deposit due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the booking; 50% balance due upon completion and final inspection. Payment may be made via bank transfer, EFTPOS, or credit card. Bank details will be provided upon acceptance.
- All workmanship is guaranteed for a period of two (2) years from the date of completion, in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and Queensland building warranty requirements.
- Materials specified in this Quotation Estimate are subject to availability. In the event that a specified product is discontinued, an equivalent or superior product will be substituted at no additional cost to the client.
- The Electrician will obtain all necessary permits and notifications to the Brisbane City Council and the relevant electrical safety authority prior to commencing works. Any council inspection fees are included in this estimate.
- Access to the property must be provided between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Works are estimated to be completed within three (3) business days from the commencement date.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include any structural modifications, plumbing works, or any work outside the scope of licensed electrical work as defined under Queensland legislation.
- By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts all terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for Electrician services in Brisbane, Australia.
