Terms & Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be adjusted to reflect current material costs in the Australia Melbourne market.
- All Electrician work will be performed in strict accordance with the Australian and New Zealand Wiring Rules (AS/NZS 3000:2018) and the Electrical Safety Act 1998 (Victoria).
- Payment terms: 30% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of major installation works, and 30% upon final sign-off and issuance of the Certificate of Electrical Safety.
- All work is backed by a minimum twelve (12) month workmanship warranty and a six (6) year parts warranty on all installed components, as required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Melbourne Volt Electrical Services Pty Ltd holds a current Victorian Building Authority (VBA) licence and maintains a minimum $10 million public liability insurance policy. Certificates of insurance are available upon request.
- Any variations to the scope of work must be agreed in writing prior to commencement. Additional Electrician labour will be billed at $115.00 per hour (inclusive of GST) for work outside the quoted scope.
- The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary building permits or strata management approvals prior to the commencement of works at the Australia Melbourne property.
- Work is scheduled to commence within five (5) business days of written acceptance and is estimated to be completed within ten (10) business days, subject to weather and material availability.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include the cost of the air conditioning unit itself, the EV charger unit, or any structural modifications to walls or ceilings beyond standard electrical penetrations.
