- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision due to material cost fluctuations or changes in Australian electrical regulations.
- All Electrician work will be performed by licensed and insured electricians holding valid NSW electrical licences. Our company carries $20 million public liability insurance and $10 million professional indemnity insurance.
- Payment terms: 30% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of switchboard and major wiring works, and the remaining 30% upon final inspection, CoES issuance, and client sign-off.
- Estimated project duration: 5 to 7 working days, subject to weather conditions and availability of materials. The Electrician team will operate between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
- All work is guaranteed for a period of two (2) years from the date of completion, covering both workmanship and materials, in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
- The client is responsible for obtaining any required council approvals or strata body consents prior to commencement of works. Our Electrician team will assist in preparing documentation for such applications at no additional cost.
- Any variations to the scope of work must be agreed in writing by both parties before execution. The Electrician will provide a written variation quote detailing the additional cost and time impact.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include any works related to gas, plumbing, or structural modifications. Those services must be arranged separately with appropriately licensed tradespeople.
- All electrical installations will comply with the Australian and New Zealand Wiring Rules (AS/NZS 3000:2018), the Electrical Safety Act 2002 (NSW), and all relevant standards applicable to residential electrical work in Australia Sydney.
