As per this Quotation Estimate, payment shall be structured as follows: 40% advance payment (BDT 112,560) upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and signing of the service agreement; 40% progress payment (BDT 112,560) upon completion of Phase 2 (wiring and DB installation); and the remaining 20% (BDT 56,280) upon final inspection, testing, and handover. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to Dhaka Power & Electrical Solutions Ltd., Sonali Bank, Dhanmondi Branch, Dhaka, Account No. 0045-1234-5678. No cash payments will be accepted.
Terms & Conditions of this Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After expiry, rates may be revised due to fluctuation in material costs in the Bangladesh Dhaka market.
- All Electrician work will be performed by certified and licensed technicians registered with the Bangladesh Electrical Engineers' Association (BEEA) and holding valid trade licenses from the Dhaka City Corporation.
- The warranty period for all workmanship is 24 months from the date of final handover. Material warranties are as per manufacturer specifications (typically 1 to 5 years).
- Any additional work or scope changes requested by the client beyond the items listed in this Quotation Estimate will be quoted separately and require written approval before execution.
- The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary no-objection certificates (NOC) from the building management or local Bangladesh Dhaka municipal authority prior to the commencement of work.
- In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, government-imposed curfews in Dhaka, or national emergencies), the project timeline shall be extended accordingly without penalty to either party.
- All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Dhaka, Bangladesh, in accordance with the Bangladesh Arbitration Act, 2001.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed the formal Service Agreement document.
