This Quotation Estimate proposes the following payment schedule, payable via bank transfer (TED/PIX) to the account of VoltTech Electrical Solutions Ltda. in São Paulo:
- 30% advance payment (R$ 34,095.00) upon signing of the service contract and approval of this Quotation Estimate.
- 40% progress payment (R$ 45,460.00) upon completion of all wiring, panel installation, and luminaire mounting work.
- 30% final payment (R$ 34,095.00) upon successful commissioning, delivery of the LTIE, and final sign-off by the client's engineering team.
The Electrician team from VoltTech, based in the Pinheiros district of São Paulo, estimates a total execution period of 18 business days from the date of contract signature. Work will be performed Monday through Friday, 07:00 to 17:00, with weekend availability available at an additional 50% surcharge if required by the client's operational schedule.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are quoted in Brazilian Reais (BRL) and are subject to adjustment if raw material costs (copper, aluminum, PVC conduit) fluctuate by more than 8% during the validity period.
