- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, pricing may be adjusted to reflect current material costs and labour rates in Canada Montreal.
- All electrical work described in this Quotation Estimate will be performed exclusively by a licensed Electrician or a qualified apprentice under the direct supervision of a licensed Electrician, in full compliance with the Québec Act respecting the building code and the Canadian Electrical Code.
- Payment terms: 40% deposit due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 50% upon completion of major panel and wiring work, and the remaining 10% upon final inspection sign-off by the City of Canada Montreal.
- Montreal Volt & Current Electrical Services Inc. provides a two-year workmanship warranty on all labour and a manufacturer's warranty on all installed materials and equipment. This warranty is in addition to any statutory warranties under Québec consumer law.
- The client is responsible for ensuring that the property is accessible to our Electrician team on the scheduled work dates. Any delays caused by client unavailability may result in rescheduling fees of $150.00 per occurrence.
- All work will be performed during standard business hours (Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM) unless otherwise agreed in writing. After-hours or weekend work in Canada Montreal will be billed at 1.5x the standard hourly rate.
