Terms & Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be adjusted to reflect current material costs in the Vancouver, BC market.
- Payment terms: 40% deposit due upon acceptance to secure the electrician crew and order materials; 50% due upon substantial completion of all electrical work; 10% final balance due after successful BCESA inspection and issuance of the Certificate of Electrical Compliance.
- All electrical work will be performed by a licensed electrician holding a valid BCESA Master Electrician license and will strictly adhere to the Canadian Electrical Code, Part I, and Vancouver City Building Bylaw 10350.
- Coastal Pacific Electrical Services Ltd. carries a minimum of $5,000,000 in commercial general liability insurance and $1,000,000 in professional indemnity insurance, valid throughout the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
- A two-year workmanship warranty is included on all labour. Manufacturer warranties on components (panel, breakers, fixtures) will be transferred to the homeowner upon completion.
- Any work not explicitly listed in this Quotation Estimate, including but not limited to asbestos abatement, structural modifications, or additional circuits beyond those specified, will be quoted separately in writing before commencement.
