This Quotation Estimate for Electrician services in DR Congo Kinshasa is structured with the following payment milestones to ensure transparency and mutual commitment between the parties:
- 30% Advance Payment (USD 7,857.84) — Due upon signing of this Quotation Estimate and before commencement of work on site in Kinshasa.
- 40% Progress Payment (USD 10,477.12) — Due upon completion of all wiring, distribution board installation, and generator connection.

Terms & Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be revised due to fluctuations in material costs within the DR Congo market.
- All Electrician work shall be performed in strict accordance with the electrical codes of the Democratic Republic of Congo, IEC international standards, and the specific requirements outlined in the project brief for this Kinshasa location.
- The Electrician team shall be fully insured for public liability and professional indemnity throughout the duration of the project in Kinshasa.
- Any additional work not explicitly listed in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and client approval before execution.
- The project timeline is estimated at 25 working days from the date of advance payment receipt, subject to weather conditions and material availability in Kinshasa.
- A 12-month warranty is provided on all workmanship and installed components. This warranty covers defects in the Electrician installation but excludes damage caused by misuse, power surges beyond rated capacity, or third-party interference.
