Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
1. Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to revision after the expiry date due to potential fluctuations in material costs within the France Marseille market.
2. Payment Schedule: A deposit of 30% (3,010.32 € TTC) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. A further 40% (4,013.76 € TTC) is due upon completion of 50% of the installation work. The remaining 30% (3,010.32 € TTC) is due upon final acceptance and delivery of the Consuel certificate.
3. Project Duration: The Electrician team estimates a total project duration of 10 to 12 working days, subject to access availability and any unforeseen structural issues discovered during the renovation in the Marseille property.
4. Warranty: All work performed by our Electrician team carries a 2-year legal warranty (garantie de deux ans) on workmanship and a 5-year warranty on all installed materials, in full compliance with French consumer protection law (Code de la consommation).
