The Electrician team estimates a total on-site duration of five (5) working days, scheduled between Monday 23 June 2025 and Friday 27 June 2025, from 08:00 to 17:00. Work will be conducted in accordance with the noise and access regulations specific to residential buildings in France Paris. The client is requested to provide unobstructed access to all rooms and the main electrical panel. The Consuel certification visit by the relevant utility provider (Enedis) will be scheduled separately within ten (10) business days following completion of the Electrician's installation work.
This Quotation Estimate is subject to the following payment schedule: a deposit of 30% (€ 3,641.40 TTC) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and prior to commencement of work. A further 50% (€ 6,069.00 TTC) is due upon completion of the installation phase (end of Day 4). The final balance of 20% (€ 2,427.60 TTC) is payable upon successful Consuel certification and handover of all documentation. Payment shall be made by bank transfer (virement bancaire) to the account details provided on the accompanying invoice. Late payments shall incur interest at the rate of 1.5% per month in accordance with French commercial law (Article L441-10 du Code de commerce).
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be revised to reflect changes in material costs or labour rates applicable in France Paris.
- All Electrician services are guaranteed for a period of two (2) years on workmanship and five (5) years on materials, in compliance with the French Civil Code (garantie de deux ans / garantie décennale where applicable).

- The Electrician holds professional civil liability insurance (assurance responsabilité civile professionnelle) with a coverage of € 5,000,000, valid throughout the territory of France Paris and the Île-de-France region.
