This Quotation Estimate is issued by Frankfurt Elektro Services GmbH, a licensed and certified Electrician operating in Frankfurt, Germany, in accordance with the German Electrical Installation Ordinance (VDE 0100) and all applicable regulations of the State of Hesse. 3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, Frankfurt Elektro Services GmbH reserves the right to revise pricing due to material cost fluctuations or changes in availability of Electrician personnel in the Frankfurt, Germany region.
3.2 Payment Terms: Payment is due within 14 days of invoice issuance. A 30% deposit is required upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Electrician team's schedule. The remaining 70% is payable upon completion and successful handover inspection. Late payments will incur interest at the statutory rate of 5 percentage points above the ECB base rate (per § 288 BGB).
3.3 Warranty: All Electrician workmanship is covered by a 5-year warranty in accordance with German civil law (§ 634a BGB). Materials are covered by the respective manufacturer's warranty. This warranty is valid only when all maintenance recommendations provided by the Electrician are followed.
3.4 Permits and Regulations: The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary building permits from the Frankfurt am Main municipal authority (Amt für Stadtentwässerung und Tiefbau). Frankfurt Elektro Services GmbH will provide all technical documentation required for permit applications. All work complies with VDE standards, DIN norms, and the Hessian Building Code (HBO).
3.5 Cancellation: Cancellation by the client after the deposit has been paid will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Cancellation by Frankfurt Elektro Services GmbH without cause will result in a full refund of all amounts paid.
3.6 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Frankfurt am Main.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms, scope of work, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for Electrician services to be performed in Frankfurt, Germany. This document constitutes a binding offer upon signature by both parties.
