This Quotation Estimate is issued by Volta Power & Electrical Services Ltd. for the provision of comprehensive Electrician services at the client's residential property located in Labone, Ghana Accra. The scope of work encompasses the full electrical renovation, safety inspection, and upgrade of the existing electrical infrastructure to meet the current Ghana Standards Authority (GSA) electrical codes and the Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) compliance requirements.
Our licensed Electrician team, comprising four certified professionals registered with the Ghana Engineering Association (GEA), will carry out all works in strict adherence to the West African Electrical Code (WAEC) and local municipal by-laws applicable in the Greater Accra Region. All materials to be used are sourced from approved suppliers within Ghana Accra and carry the requisite GSA certification marks.

The Electrician works are estimated to be completed within four (4) working weeks from the date of advance payment receipt, subject to timely availability of materials from suppliers in Ghana Accra and no unforeseen structural complications. The project schedule will be confirmed in a detailed Gantt chart provided within 48 hours of contract execution.
5. Terms and Conditions- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, prices may be revised to reflect current market rates for electrical materials in Ghana Accra.
- All Electrician works shall be performed by GEA-licensed professionals and shall comply with the Electricity Act, 2005 (Act 692) and all applicable regulations of the ECG and the Ghana Standards Authority.
- The client shall provide uninterrupted access to the property during working hours (07:00 – 17:00, Monday to Saturday) and shall arrange for temporary power disconnection coordination with the ECG Accra District Office.
- A 12-month warranty is provided on all workmanship. Material warranties are governed by the respective manufacturers' terms. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modifications, or acts of God.
- Any variation or additional work requested by the client beyond the scope defined herein shall be documented in a written variation order and priced separately before execution.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through mediation in Accra, Ghana, in accordance with the Alternative Dispute Resolution Act, 2010 (Act 838). Failing mediation, the courts of Ghana shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
- The contractor shall maintain adequate public liability insurance (minimum GHS 5,000,000) throughout the duration of the works and shall provide a certificate of insurance upon request.
- All waste materials generated during the project shall be removed from the site by the contractor in compliance with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) guidelines for the Greater Accra Region.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the Electrician services to be carried out in Ghana Accra. This document, once countersigned by both parties, constitutes a binding service agreement.
