This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the Electrician service rates and material costs quoted herein may be revised to reflect current market conditions in India Bangalore.
The total amount of INR 3,15,532 (Three Lakh Fifteen Thousand Five Hundred Thirty-Two Rupees Only) is inclusive of all materials, labour, tools, and equipment required for the Electrician work described. No additional charges shall be levied unless the client requests scope changes in writing.
Payment Terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of 70% of the work, and the remaining 20% upon final inspection, handover, and issuance of the compliance certificate by our Electrician supervisor.
All work shall be executed in strict compliance with the Indian Electricity Rules, 1956, the Karnataka Electricity Act, and BESCOM connection guidelines applicable in India Bangalore. Our Electrician team shall obtain all necessary permits and clearances from the local BESCOM office prior to commencing work.
A warranty of twenty-four (24) months shall be provided on all workmanship performed by our Electrician team. Material warranties shall be as per the respective manufacturer's terms (e.g., Schneider Electric, Legrand, Havells).
The estimated project duration is twelve (12) working days, commencing from the date of receipt of the advance payment. Delays caused by force majeure, BESCOM inspection scheduling, or client-requested pauses shall extend the timeline proportionally.
This Quotation Estimate does not include BESCOM connection charges, meter installation fees, or any municipal body approval fees that may be levied by the Bangalore Municipal Corporation (BBMP). These shall be borne directly by the client.
Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
The client acknowledges that VoltEdge Electrical Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a registered Electrician service company in India Bangalore and holds a valid Electrical Contractor License (No. KARN/ELC/2024/0891) issued by the Electrical Inspectorate, Government of Karnataka.

By signing below, the client confirms acceptance of this Quotation Estimate for the Electrician services described herein, to be executed at the specified location in India Bangalore. The client agrees to all terms, conditions, and payment schedules outlined in this document.
