- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any work commenced after the expiry date shall be subject to re-evaluation of material and labor costs applicable in Indonesia Jakarta at that time.
- All Electrician personnel deployed by Jakarta Power Solutions PT hold valid K3 (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja) certifications and are registered with the Indonesian Electrical Engineers Association (IATMI) for the Indonesia Jakarta region.
- Payment terms: 40% advance upon signing of the work order, 40% upon completion of 70% of the scope, and 20% upon final acceptance and handover of the SNI compliance certificate. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified in the attached invoice.
- The project timeline is estimated at twenty-five (25) working days from the date of mobilization, subject to weather conditions and client access availability in Indonesia Jakarta.
- All materials and equipment supplied shall carry a minimum two-year manufacturer warranty. The Electrician workmanship is guaranteed for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of final acceptance.
- Any changes to the scope of work beyond 10% of the original Quotation Estimate value shall require a written variation order signed by both parties before additional work commences.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include any costs related to PLN (Perusahaan Listrik Negara) connection upgrades, permits from the Indonesia Jakarta municipal government beyond the SNI certificate, or structural modifications to the building.
- Disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through mediation in Indonesia Jakarta in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for Electrician services to be performed in Indonesia Jakarta as described herein. This document, once countersigned, constitutes a binding agreement between both parties for the scope, pricing, and terms outlined above.
