Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be made in three installments: 40% upon signing and commencement of work, 40% upon completion of wiring and panel installation, and the remaining 20% upon final inspection, testing, and client sign-off. All payments are to be made in Iranian Rials (IRR) via bank transfer to the account of Tehran Precision Electrical Co. at Bank Melli, Tehran branch. No work will commence until the initial 40% deposit is received.
Terms and Conditions- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be revised due to fluctuations in material costs in the Tehran market.
- All Electrician work is guaranteed for a period of 24 months from the date of final acceptance. The warranty covers workmanship defects but does not cover damage caused by misuse, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications.
- The Electrician team will work between 08:00 and 17:00, Monday through Saturday, in accordance with standard working hours in Iran Tehran. Any overtime or weekend work will be billed at 1.5 times the standard rate.
- The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits from the Tehran municipality or the local electrical authority prior to the commencement of structural electrical modifications.
- All materials specified in this Quotation Estimate are subject to availability. In the event that a specified brand is unavailable, the Electrician will propose an equivalent or superior alternative at no additional cost, subject to client approval.
- Any additional work or changes to the scope beyond what is described in this document will require a written amendment to this Quotation Estimate signed by both parties before execution.
- The Electrician firm carries full liability insurance covering all personnel and equipment while on-site in Tehran. A copy of the insurance certificate is available upon request.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through the Tehran Arbitration Center in accordance with the Iranian Civil Code.
