This Quotation Estimate is structured with the following payment milestones to ensure transparency and mutual commitment:

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, prices may be revised to reflect changes in material costs or labor rates in the Israel Jerusalem market.
All electrical work will be carried out exclusively by a licensed Electrician (Master Electrician, License No. IL-ELC-2024-08831) and qualified apprentices under direct supervision, in strict adherence to the Israeli Standard SII 230 and all applicable regulations of the Israel Electric Corporation.
The Electrician and our team will obtain all necessary permits from the Jerusalem Municipality Building Department prior to commencing any structural or load-bearing electrical modifications. The client is responsible for obtaining any neighbor or building association (Shutafut) approvals required for shared electrical infrastructure.
Materials specified in this Quotation Estimate include: copper wiring (SII certified), Schneider Electric or ABB distribution panels, and LED fixtures with CE and SII markings. Substitutions of equivalent or superior quality may be made with prior written consent from the client.
The estimated project duration is ten (10) working days, subject to weather conditions, material availability, and IEC coordination timelines in Israel Jerusalem. Delays caused by force majeure or third-party authorities will not be considered a breach of contract.
A comprehensive 24-month workmanship warranty is included. This warranty covers defects in installation and workmanship but does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications by unlicensed persons, or natural wear of components. All manufacturer warranties on fixtures and panels remain in effect independently.
In the event of unforeseen conditions discovered during the work (e.g., hidden asbestos, severely corroded conduits, or non-compliant existing installations not visible during the initial inspection), the Electrician will pause work, notify the client in writing, and issue a supplementary Quotation Estimate for the additional scope before proceeding.
All work will be performed between the hours of 08:00 and 17:00, Monday through Friday, in accordance with standard working hours in Israel Jerusalem. Work on Shabbat (Friday afternoon to Saturday evening) or Israeli public holidays is not included and will be quoted separately at a 50% surcharge if requested.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through mediation in Jerusalem, Israel, in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. The competent court of jurisdiction shall be the District Court of Jerusalem.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until signed and stamped by both parties. Upon signature, it becomes a legally binding agreement for the electrical works described herein.
