This Quotation Estimate has been prepared by ElectroRoma S.r.l., a licensed and certified Electrician firm operating in Italy Rome and the surrounding Lazio region, to provide a comprehensive and transparent cost breakdown for the electrical works requested by the client. The purpose of this document is to outline the scope of services, associated labour and material costs, project timelines, and all applicable terms governing the engagement. The Electrician services detailed in this Quotation Estimate encompass the following tasks to be performed at the client's residential property in Italy Rome:
- Complete inspection and diagnostic assessment of the existing electrical installation (approximately 180 m² residential unit, 3 floors).

The Electrician works described in this Quotation Estimate are estimated to require approximately 10 to 12 working days from the date of commencement, subject to site access and material availability. The works will be carried out in Italy Rome during standard working hours (08:00–18:00, Monday to Friday). Any delays caused by force majeure, client-requested changes, or third-party utility coordination will be communicated in writing and may extend the timeline accordingly.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After expiry, prices may be revised to reflect current material and labour costs in the Italy Rome market.
- Payment terms: 30% advance deposit upon acceptance of this quotation; 40% upon completion of wiring and board installation; 30% upon final commissioning and handover of the Dichiarazione di Conformità. Payment to be made via bank transfer (bonifico bancario) to the account details provided by ElectroRoma S.r.l.
- All materials supplied by the Electrician firm are covered by a 24-month warranty from the date of final acceptance. Labour is covered by a 12-month warranty.
- The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits from the Comune di Roma or the local utility provider (e.g., Enel Distribuzione) prior to commencement of works. ElectroRoma S.r.l. will assist in the preparation of technical documentation.
- Any additional work not included in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a separate written agreement and additional cost estimate.
- All works will be performed in strict compliance with Italian electrical regulations (CEI 64-8, D.M. 37/2008) and occupational safety standards (D.Lgs. 81/2008).
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties via signed copy or electronic confirmation.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Tribunale di Roma, Italy.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Electrician services in Italy Rome and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined herein. This document, once signed by both parties, constitutes a binding service agreement.
