All services described herein comply with the Ivorian national electrical standards (Normes Ivoiriennes – NI) and the regulations set forth by the Direction de l'Electricité et des Energies Nouvelles (DEEN) of the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire.
The Electrician team assigned to this project consists of three (3) senior certified electricians, one (1) junior technician, and one (1) project supervisor. All personnel hold valid certifications from the Institut National Polytechnique Houphouet-Boigny (INP-HB) and are registered with the Chambre Nationale des Electriciens de Côte d'Ivoire.

The client agrees to the following payment schedule for this Quotation Estimate:
30% advance payment (2,548,800 XOF) upon signing of the work order and acceptance of this quotation.
40% interim payment (3,398,400 XOF) upon completion of all wiring, panel installation, and fixture mounting (approximately Day 12 of the project).
30% final payment (2,548,800 XOF) upon successful commissioning, final inspection, and handover of the DEEN compliance certificate.
Payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Abidjan Volt & Circuit Electric Services SARL at Ecobank CI, or by certified cheque. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month of delay, in accordance with Ivorian commercial law.
4.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be revised to reflect changes in material costs, exchange rates, or regulatory requirements in Ivory Coast.
4.2 Warranty: The Electrician firm provides a twelve (12) month warranty on all labor and workmanship, and a twenty-four (24) month warranty on all supplied materials and equipment, subject to normal use and no unauthorized modifications by third parties.
4.3 Permits and Compliance: The client is responsible for obtaining any municipal building permits from the Mairie d'Abidjan. The Electrician firm shall provide all technical documentation required for DEEN inspection and registration of the electrical installation.
4.4 Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to power grid outages declared by CI-ENER, civil unrest, natural disasters, or government-mandated work stoppages in Abidjan.
4.5 Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved amicably. Failing amicable resolution within fifteen (15) days, the matter shall be submitted to the competent commercial court of Abidjan, Ivory Coast.
4.6 Insurance: The Electrician firm maintains comprehensive professional liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage as required by Ivorian labor law. Certificates of insurance are available upon request.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Electrician services in Ivory Coast Abidjan and authorizes Abidjan Volt & Circuit Electric Services SARL to proceed with the works as described herein.
