All prices are quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KES). VAT is applicable at the current rate of 16% as per the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) regulations. This Quotation Estimate does not include any additional costs arising from unforeseen site conditions not visible during the initial survey.
The client shall make payment to Nairobi Power Solutions Ltd. as follows: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of 75% of the electrical works, and the remaining 20% upon final commissioning, inspection, and handover of the compliance certificate. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the company's designated account at Equity Bank, Nairobi branch. Late payments shall attract interest at the rate of 2% per month as stipulated under Kenyan commercial law.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be revised to reflect changes in material costs, exchange rates, or regulatory requirements in Kenya Nairobi.
- All Electrician work shall be carried out by licensed and certified technicians registered with the Kenya Engineering Board (KEB) and holding valid EPRA electrical installation permits.
- The project timeline is estimated at twenty-five (25) working days from the date of commencement, subject to weather conditions, client access to the site, and timely supply of materials.
- Nairobi Power Solutions Ltd. shall provide a twelve-month workmanship warranty on all installed electrical components. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, natural disasters, or unauthorised modifications by third parties.
- The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary building permits, KPLC connection approvals, and Nairobi City County Council approvals prior to the commencement of works.
- Any variation or additional work beyond the scope described in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional cost approval by both parties.
- All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Nairobi, Kenya, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1995 of Kenya.
- The Electrician team shall adhere to all Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) requirements of Kenya, including the use of personal protective equipment, proper scaffolding, and lockout/tagout procedures.
- This Quotation Estimate constitutes a binding offer upon written acceptance by the client. Acceptance shall be communicated in writing via email or signed copy returned to the service provider.
