This Quotation Estimate is issued by Al-Nakheel Electrical Contracting W.L.L., a licensed and registered Electrician firm operating throughout Kuwait, Kuwait City and its surrounding governorates. 3. Payment Terms
The total Quotation Estimate amount of KWD 5,028.450 shall be paid as follows: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of all wiring and distribution board installation, and the remaining 20% upon final handover and delivery of the Electrical Installation Certificate. All payments are to be made in Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD) via bank transfer to the account of Al-Nakheel Electrical Contracting W.L.L., Kuwait, Kuwait City.
4. Project Timeline
Our Electrician crew, comprising four licensed technicians and one project supervisor, will commence work within five (5) working days of receiving the advance payment. The estimated duration for the entire project at the Kuwait, Kuwait City site is twelve (12) working days, subject to weather conditions and client availability for access to specific rooms.
5. Terms and Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all prices are subject to revision based on current material costs in Kuwait, Kuwait City.
- All materials specified in this Quotation Estimate are new, unused, and carry a minimum manufacturer warranty of two (2) years. The Electrician workmanship warranty is twelve (12) months from the date of final acceptance.
- The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary municipal or KEA permits prior to the commencement of work in Kuwait, Kuwait City. Our firm will provide all technical documentation required for such applications.
- Any additional work not explicitly listed in this Quotation Estimate will be quoted separately in writing and shall not commence until the client provides written approval.
- Our Electrician team will observe all health and safety protocols mandated by the Ministry of Labour in Kuwait, Kuwait City. The site will be secured and cleaned at the end of each working day.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include the cost of structural modifications, plastering, or painting. Any such ancillary work will be coordinated with the client's general contractor.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved under the laws of the State of Kuwait, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of Kuwait, Kuwait City.
6. Acceptance and Authorization
