This Quotation Estimate is issued by VoltEdge Electrical Solutions Sdn. Bhd. in response to the request from Mr. Tan Wei Ming for comprehensive electrical installation, inspection, and remediation works at the above-mentioned residential property in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur. - This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, prices may be revised to reflect current market rates for materials and labour in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of 70% of the works, and the remaining 20% upon final handover and issuance of the Certificate of Compliance.
- All payments shall be made via bank transfer to VoltEdge Electrical Solutions Sdn. Bhd., Maybank Account No. 5123-4567-8901, SWIFT: BMMBMYKL.
- The Electrician team shall commence works within five (5) working days of receiving the advance payment and written approval from the client.
- Estimated project duration: 12 to 15 working days, subject to TNB coordination for meter replacement and any unforeseen structural complications.
- All materials supplied shall be of TNB-approved quality and carry a minimum 12-month manufacturer warranty. Labour workmanship is guaranteed for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of completion.
- Any additional works not specified in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written variation order approved by both parties before execution.
- The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary approvals from the building management committee of The Ritz Residences and any permits required by the Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) prior to commencement of works.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include TNB connection fees, DBKL permit fees, or any third-party inspection charges, which shall be borne directly by the client.
- In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve matters amicably. Failing resolution, the dispute shall be referred to the Small Claims Court in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate in full, including all terms, conditions, pricing, and scope of work as described herein. The undersigned authorises VoltEdge Electrical Solutions Sdn. Bhd. to proceed with the Electrician works at the stated property in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur upon receipt of the advance payment.
