1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, prices may be revised due to fluctuation in material costs in the Kathmandu market.
2. Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this quotation, 40% upon completion of wiring and conduit work, and 20% upon final commissioning and handover.
3. All electrician work will be carried out in strict compliance with the Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) regulations, the Electricity Act 2044 (1987) of Nepal, and the Kathmandu Valley Development Authority (KVDA) building codes.
4. The project timeline is estimated at twenty-five (25) working days from the date of advance payment receipt, subject to weather conditions and material availability in Nepal Kathmandu.
5. A warranty of two (2) years is provided on all labor and workmanship. Manufacturer warranties on materials (cables, breakers, fixtures) will be passed on to the client.
6. Any additional work or changes requested by the client beyond the scope described in this Quotation Estimate will be quoted separately in writing before execution.
7. The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary building permits or NOCs from the local ward office in Kathmandu prior to commencement of work.
8. All electricians deployed on this project will carry valid NEA licenses and will be identifiable by company-issued ID badges and safety gear.
9. Disputes, if any, shall be resolved through amicable negotiation in Kathmandu, Nepal, in accordance with the laws of Nepal.
